Lodge Fees
$42.00 per night for members/members children (12 yrs and under)
$89.00 per night for non members 
This includes breakfast and an evening meal
$25 per night out of season for members and non members
This does not include meals (i.e. supply your own food)

  1. General Terms
    Bookings will be made in the name of Arlberg Ski Club
    All transactions will be made in NZ dollars.
    All transactions include GST.
    The payments page is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
  2. Booking Rules
  1. Cancel a Reservation
    If a member cancels a reservation the following will happen:
    1. Cancellations must be made through the online system at least 2 days before the booking commences otherwise your fee will be forfeited.  Thus by 8:00pm on Wednesday prior to a weekend
  2. 2.The booking officer will receive an email message confirming the cancellation.
    3. The member receives an email message confirming the cancellation.
    4. The reservation is moved from the reservation database table to the cancelled table.
    5. The room(s) are returned to available. etc. 
  3. Change a Reservation
    If the member changes a reservation the following will happen:
    1. The member will see a booking form containing details of the existing reservation.
    2. The member can change the arrival/departure dates, number of adults etc.
    3. RezEasy will check to make sure rooms are available. If they are available the member can then submit the changes.
    4. The member submits the changes.
    5. The booking officer receives an email message confirming the changes.
    6. The member receives an email message confirming the changes.
    7. Availability is adjusted to reflect the change. 
  4. 8. Changes must be made 2 days prior to your booking commencing. 
  5. Price Adjustments
    1. If a member cancels a reservation the booking officer will ensure that the member is notified of, and receives, any refund that may be due to them.
    2. If a member changes a reservation and the cost of the new reservation is less than the original, the booking officer will ensure that the guest is notified of, and receives, any refund that may be due to them.
    3. If a member changes a reservation and the cost of the new reservation is more than the original RezEasy will direct the member to the payment gateway so that the additional charge can be paid.
    4. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 7:30pm within two days of the intended booking date, that includes cancelling part way through a booking. E.g. you may cancel up to 7:30pm on a Wednesday preceding a Friday/Saturday booking.
  6. Note
    A Pillowcase is required per person.
  7. Payment is only accepted using PayPal for your protection.
    A 3% booking fee applies to all bookings.
  8. Non-Members
    A senior member may sponsor up to 5 non-members to stay as guests. You will be responsible for the conduct of you guests.
    Please ensure you arrive at the ski lodge BEFORE your guests or make arrangements with someone who is likely to be there before you arrive.
  9. Children
    Young children i.e. under 4 (members), under 5 (non-members), are not permitted to stay at the lodge except during the designated family weeks. To be advised each year.
  10. Meals
  11. It is normal practice to provide breakfast and dinner meals for those who have spent the day on the mountain.  Lunch will be provided if the mountain is closed.   If you are not spending the day on the mountain and wish to have dinner you must agree this is possible with the lodge officer a day in advance.
  12. Weekend Bookings
    Members have preferential booking rights up to 7:30pm on the Monday night before the intended weekend. Bookings for non-members and anyone on the waiting list can be confirmed after 8:00pm Monday. Cancellations must be advised by 8pm on the Wednesday night prior to the intended weekend. There will be no refunds for bookings cancelled after this time.
    Please do not make bookings between 7:30pm Monday and 8:00am Tuesday unless directed to by the booking secretary. This is to allow members time to book their non member guests.
  13. Access to the Lodge
    During the ski season the lodge is kept on day lock. The combination number for this will be advised when you make a booking. The electronic keypad is on the wall to the left of the door. Key in the code and don’t forget to press the “#” key. The lever will release and you will gain access, if you delay for 30 seconds the door will relock. Be precise and positive when keying in the code, sometimes it doesn’t wake up fast enough to register the first key.
  14. Arrival Times
    When booking online please include your expected time of arrival, the names of everyone and the ages of any children. This is helpful to the Lodge Officer responsible for organising food and duties. There are fields for this information on the electronic booking form.

  16. Subscription
    These are payable at the beginning of the season and are required before your bookings will be accepted for the current session.
  17. Yearly Subscription
    Senior Members  $235, with $20 discount for due date payment (31 May)   
    Junior Members $120.00 ($100.00 if Paid by 31 May)
